On the occasion of the dead King Frederik IX (Kong Frederik IX) could have celebrated his 100th of birthday, Thursday the 11th of March in 1999, I have made this gallery of pictures with railways and ferries.

They are the museums locomotives MX 1001 from 1960 and MY 1101 from 1954 and also the museums ferries "Dronning Ingrid" from 1951 (renamed to "Sjælland" in 1979) and "Kong Frederik IX" from 1954, who are pictured. The ferry "Dronning Ingrid" beared the name until 1979 of the wife of King Frederik IX, Queen Ingrid, born at 28th of March in 1910.
